Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. Southampton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its receipt and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and reply details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
